Overview
How we began
Our company began working as Impagination in 1998 with our first
major web project for the National Asthma Council Australia,
undertaking web management and development services.
In 2000 we also began providing these services for the Jean Hailes
Foundation for Women’s Health.
Both organisations remain valued and continuing clients today.

Our
people
Jeff Grainger
Director, Web Design and Development
Jeff has been designing and managing corporate websites for more than
seven years drawing upon a wealth of commercial experience across a
variety of industries. With a background of 15 years in sales,
marketing, training and customer service in leading companies such as
American Express, Coles Supermarkets, Elders IXL Wines & Spirits and
Telstra MobileNet, he provides market focused web solutions for clients
whether it is developing a new site or reinvigorating an established
site.
National and international clients such as De Beers, Eiffel
Technologies Limited, Monaco Marketing Services, the National Asthma
Council and The Jean Hailes Foundation have benefited from his
successful web communication solutions.
Jeff holds a Certificate in Marketing Management from the Australian
Institute of Management.
Suzanne Grainger
Director, Web Strategy and Communications
Suzanne has been developing and managing websites for more than five
years utilising her 15 years' experience in managing communications,
sales and marketing programs for healthcare services, pharmaceutical
companies and the public sector. She applies her extensive marketing and
communications experience in the design and delivery of integrated
communication programs for consumers and healthcare professionals.
Working closely with clients such as the Jean Hailes Foundation for
Women's Health and the National Asthma Council, Suzanne draws upon her
extensive therapeutic area experience to develop and manage ongoing web
content including video production and webcasting.
Previously, Suzanne has managed corporate and product marketing
communications programs with leading international pharmaceutical
companies in Australia such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as the
Australian Podiatry Association (Vic), Hospital Supplies of Australia,
Agfa Medical Imaging and the Victorian Government.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Monash University
and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Swinburne
University of Technology.
Beverley McMorrow
Content Project Manager
Beverley has a background in corporate administration having worked
with Telstra over many years, as well as spending time involved in
consumer sales.
Her passion for writing and strong administrative skills are a
perfect combination for developing and editing content for the web.
Concentrating on Impagination's health related websites, Beverley
specialises in producing content that has clarity and purpose.
Lauren Burger
Administration Project Officer
Lauren worked in retail sales for a number of years before joining
Impagination. Her current responsibilities include the analysis of the
web metrics and assisting in office management.
Lauren is combining her work at Impagination with study in Law at
Monash University.
